As far as her diet is concerned, Jessica says she doesn’t eat red meat. She fills up on lean proteins and loves fish. Her current favorite is going out for sushi.
When she gets a chance to work out she tries different yoga exercises. Maybe she’s doing the Birkman Yoga class that fellow cast mate Shenae Grimes had been seen doing. You perform yoga exercises in a room that is heated at 105 degrees! She also tricks herself into thinking she’s not working out by going to the beach and playing around. Jessica admits she is also into the whole organic craze and tried to eat mainly organic.
