Sarah Michelle Gellar Workout

Sarah practiced Tae Kwon Do for 5 years and is into kickboxing, boxing, yoga, and gymnastics. She also takes ballet classes once a week. 

Sarah Michelle Gellar’s Diet

Sarah avoids sugar, dairy products and fried foods in her diet. 

She eats mainly a balanced diet, and uses portion control to stay fit. She has at times said to live practically on soup and vitamins.
