Lauren consumes 1,500 calories a day in six meals.

Breakfast:

  • Whole grain waffle and 2 teaspoons of peanut butter
  • Other options: oatmeal or a bowl of Kashi cereal, both with skim milk

Lunch

  • Cobb salad w/ turkey bacon, egg whites, veggies, avocado and balsamic dressing

Midday snack

  • Half a cup of low fat cottage cheese
  • 10 raw almonds
  • Other options: Low fat yogurt and 7 walnuts

Dinner

  • 4-6 oz serving of lean fish, such as tilapia
  • Salad
  • Other options: Chicken breast and roasted vegetables

Lauren Conrad’s Workout

Lauren works out twice a week for an hour.

She lifts weights and runs on the treadmill. On her days off, she hikes for 45 minutes in L.A.’s Runyon Canyon
