Blake Lively’s Diet
To prepare for her role in Green Lantern, Lively started working out more and eating the following.
- Breakfast: Oatmeal with a handful of blueberries
- Lunch: Salad with chicken and balsamic vinaigrette
- Dinner: Fish with vegetables
- Snacks: Varied, but includes — Organic snacks from Kopali Organics, dried fruits, dark chocolate bananas and a berry - nut mix.
