Aly Michalka Diet & Exercise
Aly finds time to exercise as a part of her everyday routine. She exercises 4 days/week. She alternates her routine between kick-boxing, mixed martial arts, some weights and cardio. Exercising on a daily basis is better than crash dieting or extreme exercising for Aly. Her favorite workout music includes music by Flo Rida, Britney Spears, MGMT, and M.I.A.
As for eating, Aly is all “about moderation and drinking lots of water.” She does enjoy to snack on on string cheese, edamame, and carrots w/ ranch.
